We're thrilled to have you as a member of our community.
To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all, we've established this Code of Conduct that we ask all members to adhere to. By participating in our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines:
1. Respect others: Treat all members with kindness, empathy, and respect. Be mindful of your language and interactions, and do not engage in personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or any behavior that could make others feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.
2. Diversity and inclusion: Embrace diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, and abilities. Our community thrives on different perspectives and experiences, and we encourage open-mindedness and understanding.
3. Constructive communication: Engage in thoughtful and constructive discussions. Critique ideas, not individuals. Provide well-reasoned feedback and avoid posting content that is spam, off-topic, or disruptive.
4. Privacy and confidentiality: Respect the privacy of fellow members. Do not share personal information without permission. Confidential information shared within certain areas of the community should remain confidential.
5. No promotional or commercial content: While sharing valuable resources is encouraged, refrain from using the community solely for self-promotion, advertising, or any commercial purposes without prior approval.
6. Copyright and content ownership: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not share copyrighted materials without proper authorization, and always give credit to the original creators when sharing content.

7. Stay on topic: When participating in discussions or posting content, ensure that it is relevant to the community's purpose and focus. Off-topic content can disrupt the flow of conversations.
8. Moderator authority: Follow the instructions of moderators and administrators. They are here to ensure a positive and orderly environment. If you have concerns, reach out to them privately.
9. Reporting violations: If you encounter a violation of this Code of Conduct or witness any behaviour that goes against our guidelines, please report it to the moderators promptly. Do not engage in public disputes or confrontations.
10. Consequences for violations: Failure to abide by this Code of Conduct may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your membership, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations. The decision of the moderators is final.
Remember, our community's strength lies in the collective efforts of its members to create a safe, engaging, and respectful space. By adhering to this Code of Conduct, you contribute to the well-being of our community and help us maintain a positive online atmosphere.
